I entered a raffle and accidentally selected the wrong size, getting the entry cancelled so I could re-renter with the correct one was easy and quick. I then, somehow, upon re-entering selected the wrong size AGAIN. Very embarrassing. Getting the entry cancelled a second time was just as easy as the first, support staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Also just the best 'streetwear' fashion shop online, every order has been quick and easy in the past and they have the best prices on Japanese imported goods. 10/10, A+, would recommend.

Just got the Yoda Stan smiths they were sold out most places, only took 2 days to come! I have never ordered from well gosh before but will definitely order again great service. Thanks guys very happy????

Only just come found this site. Great selection. Was looking for a certain Bearbrick and they had it. Have ordered from again. Even better when they are a family business.

Purchased a limited edition air Max trainer from the site. The only site I could find with my size and colour requirements. Questioned the authenticity, questioned the stock availability on the site (given the fact many sites state they have stock when they don’t) and I questioned the overall experience of purchasing trainers like these online.
The shoes were delivered so promptly I was genuinely shocked when they arrived at my door in 2 days.
I opened to find a few scuff marks I was not happy about given the price I payed. I was immediately concerned and assumed I would not be able to contact customer services (given previous experience from other selling sites).
Extremely prompt, polite and understanding customer service team. Offered a reasonable solution and needless to say I’m left feeling really happy.
Even though the shoes were not 100% how I’d have liked them. I will be buying again from here in a heartbeat.
Reading this review to gauge whether to use them (Like I did)? Do it.

Had to return my order as it didn't fit, but very impressed with their customer service, price, and delivery.

One of the best stores out there. Customers aren't asking for much these days - items arriving on time, getting a prompt response from customer service when need to, refunds credited on time are the basics, but many retailers in the sneaker space fail to do so. Wellgosh have got all these basics right. Hope they continue so, as many once-decent retailers have deteriorated.

Really good experience to be honest. Ordered a pair of Adidas trainers which were a great price and delivered literally next day. Nice to see they use DPD aswell instead of myFailes! makes a massive difference knowing your parcel is safe. Will keep an eye out for more stuff by WellGosh!

Was amazing staff were brilliant they weren't hesitant to communicate everyone spoke quite nicely and they are the best place in Leicester for fashion etc everything from yeezys to jordan they're amazing if you are in Leicester check em out definitely ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????????great shop
